THE SMOKER
Here at Libbeys Meat Market, we use a six foot offset-style smoker. Currently we use Maple, Cherry, and Apple to smoke all of our meats. Our menu is constantly changing and evolving to keep our creative minds afloat. We smoke everything from Pork Butts for our Pulled Pork, to 12-14 hour Smoked Brisket, Beer Can Chicken, and our delicious house smoked nitrate-free bacon.
We have a weekly smoked list with dates and times where you can swing in and grab something fresh off the smoker, or get it packaged to reheat at a later date. You can also find all of our delicious sides to pair with your Libbey’s BBQ!
